Hello Everyone! I had been printing for about a week and a half, and then I began to get popping and snapping sounds coming from the extruder tool head. I am running it on the SD card, 1.75 mm filament, and Zmorph silver at 210 degrees, PLA. I was running the natural PLA earlier, and once in a while it would give popping or snapping sounds and the filament would jump up about 1 mm each time, like there was a feeding problem. I had a Leapfrog Creatr before this, and saw a similar thing happening with feed issues. Question: is this related to the teflon tube inside the extruder? Do I need to change it, or is there an adjustment to the tension of the filament on the feed mechanism that needs to be done? My machine is down now and I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks in advance!
